Privacy information

Who operates this website
Ortus Auto and the Ortus Auto Sales AI website are operated by La Perouse Holdings Limited. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contact@ortusauto.com. This notice describes website inquiries; the full published product Privacy Policy remains available at the link below.
Demo requests and contact details
When you submit a demo request, we process your name, email, dealership or company, country, preferred contact language and any optional role, phone number or message you provide. We use this information to respond, understand your requirements and discuss a demonstration. Please do not include customer records or confidential third-party information.
How requests are handled
The website securely saves the request for the authorized team and sends an email notification through Hostinger email services to contact@ortusauto.com for the team to review. SMTP credentials remain on the server. The website does not send form contents to an AI provider. Optional product-news preferences are separate from the demo request and do not automatically enroll you in a mailing list.
Retention and duplicate prevention
Messages are held in the company mailbox only as necessary for the inquiry and applicable requirements, following the published product Privacy Policy. The website stores request identifiers, non-reversible payload fingerprints, delivery states and timestamps to prevent duplicate notifications. Confirmed delivery receipts expire after 24 hours; unresolved delivery states remain for review. Separately, the submitted contact details, message, language, marketing preference and follow-up status are stored on our VPS in a login-protected inquiry inbox for up to 180 days. Older records are removed during routine inbox or intake activity. They are not stored in browser local storage or written to application logs. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
Technical data and your choices
Hosting and proxy services may process IP addresses and technical request information for operation and security. This website does not enable analytics or advertising trackers by default. The internal administrator area uses an essential login cookie with an eight-hour session. You may contact contact@ortusauto.com about access, correction, deletion or your optional marketing preference. The published Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page explain the wider product practices, rights and request process.
